My Nest account on my phone isn't the same as what is on my PC - how do I change one to the other?

I have (2) email addresses tied to my Google Account, I inadvertently setup my true NEST account on one (on my phone) and then setup another account using a different email on my computer... How do I blow the computer one away and start from scratch?
