These cameras don’t have the reset button. I have had them unplugged for a week or more and tried again last night to the same issue.

I am having the same issue. Switched over to Quantom Fiber, deleted all the devices off the google home and nest app... keep getting the C101 error. Two 2nd Gen Wired Cams and 1 Wired Doorbell.
