Deleting the cash and the data does not hurt anything or affect
anything. When you reinstall, you'll have to select your Google account
to log back in to YouTube TV because the data was erased. But that's it.

I can't find it now, but Google does know and admits that it is a known
issue. I found it on the Google support site. So they know it's an
issue, but they haven't mentioned anything about how to fix it yet.
