After multiple form response emails from the Google store support team I
took the nuclear option. I emailed Sundar the CEO, less than 24 hours
later I had an email from executive relations who apologized profusely
and provided me with a promo code.
I have two Gen 1 thermostats, the Google Store Support group for some
reason says I don’t qualify for,the upgrade promotion……with no reason as
to what DOES qualify a person for the upgrade.
