My reports started working again on the 17th Jan with no input from me.
I haven't changed anything to do with my router or my best account, but
magically it has started working all on its own. I would hazard a guess
that the issue isn't with the user...
I have exactly the same problem. It was working up until the middle of
December, now it only works on the odd day here or there. Might try a
warranty call as it was only bought in October and isn't delivering what
was promised.
