Additionally to the about comment, I asked to speak to a supervisor. They said I would get a call quickly but a week has gone by and no call.

I am very disappointed in Nest Support. I own 9 Nest thermostats and 5 cameras. One of my outdoor IQ cameras has gone bad 3 times and replacement parts were sent including power supplies. It happened again but a few months past warrantee. Google told...
