Hello, My Nest app on my iPhone keeps losing connection to the Nest service when i'm looking at video feeds or at the thermostat. I have to try and hit back and let it refresh. Using the Google Home app never drops but i can't look at the full video ...

i still don't know how to view the full video feeds in the google home app. in the full history, i see only motions, i can't see the full video feed like i can in the Nest app. is there anyway to do that?

hello, i thought i did but its not appearing. i tried the steps you outlined and it worked for a couple days but its back to disconnecting. are there other steps to try? thank you!
