I'm also having this problem and I also seem to no longer be able to see the preview video if I am no on wifi somewhere. I can click the preview pane in the app, which is just spinning, and see the feed just fine but just not the preview

I never ended up having to factory anything, after one of the updates issue was gone.

So far mine seem to work after my latest Google app update, if that is even related.
