I have created and recreated my Google Home Speaker Groups dozens of
times, deleting the failed group and reestablishing a new one. I have
removed and factory reset each device, and reinstalled it. But nothing
works permanently. A new Group will work...
My Speaker Groups will work for a few days - maybe weeks - and then they
fail. This has been a forever problem, and I see a great many similar
posts. The only work-around is to delete the Group and create a new one.
