I just submitted a complaint to my Attorney General in my state. I
advise you do the same. It was simple. Copy and paste letter you
received in to the website. This is the second time they have done this
to me.
I agree. I am contacting the consumer protection agency. They did the
same thing with my 4 nest cameras which became inoperable when they
