Piss poor! How hard is it to just roll back the update that made this nothing more than a paper weight.

No change for me. I'll unplug the nest (the main and the 2 hubs) and reset them. They'll work for an hour or so and then internet is absolutely unusable and we have to switch to our cable ISP router.
