Home app not setting up

I get to the early part of setting up and the OK box is greyed out, I cannot seem to continue https://photos.app.goo.gl/KdgoPDWbpGNrSV9s5 any ideas on this? I have reinstalled the app, phone is up to date, etc.thanks!
