This is expected behavior in the v4.3 rollout. Pre-existing HOME and
AWAY routines remain in the old editor, and Google hasn’t provided a way
to automatically migrate them. New routines use the new editor.
This happens when the photo frame cache doesn’t refresh after new albums
are added. Try this: open the Google Home app → select your Nest display
→ Photo Frame → choose “Google Photos” → unselect your personal album →
