EmptyNester, I switched to Firefox and viewing greatly improved for
several days. Except for today “loading video history” stopped working
from 0700 to 1900. Now it seems to be working again. I could see live
video only. Thanks for the Firefox tip.
I’m glad to hear you got some help. I will have to try to connect with
tech support and see if I can get any help. Judging by all the similar
complaints on this issue it seems like it is hit and miss getting an
experienced technician.
