I’ve restarted the thermostat and it’s still showing an error message and not heating. We had an hvac tech come take a look and he said it’s an issue with the thermostat as the hvac works fine if bypassed. No heat and it’s snowing and we paid hundred...

I just got this same error message. It’s been working fine for months and now isn’t heating. Nothing has changed, we did a soft restart, still no heat
