Has anyone actually had there issue resolved from customer service/engineering team. Seems like im just getting the run around. We keep emailing back and forth for days and instead of asking several questions at once they keep asking for screen shots...
I've seen several posts for this issue but no fix. Why is this still a problem it's been going on ever since Google decided to ditch the Nest app.
