Best thermostat not following set schedule

I have all eco features off and home/away off. My schedule is set to go down to 67 at night and up to 71 in the day. It’s currently 64. Why is this happening? The temperature should be 71, it shouldn’t even get as low as 64!

Me too! It’s making me nuts, and cold! I have all of the eco features turned off. Why does it go below the lowest setting of 67?!?
