All ambient sounds are gone... Please Help!

We always sleep with "babbling brook sounds". Now, when we ask google to play, it responds by disconnecting, then reconnecting. 1/13/22 is the last time we were able to play it. The device is: iHome Voice, Model iGV1.Google... PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
