It seems that whenever you do get hold of Google support & do the usual
checks of settings etc with them, they tell each of us something
different is wrong…
Without repeating everything that’s been said already, my 3rd Gen
thermostat can take up to 2hrs to switch to Eco when I leave the house
and about the same to switch back when I return home. I have done online
