Thermostat sensor is reading 80 degrees. It is only 65 degrees in the house.

Can anyone help with what is wrong with Nest Thermostat? Reading temperature of 80 degrees in the house. Therefore, heat pump or Auxillary heat won't run unless the temp on the thermostat is set at 80 degrees.
