Have you found a solution for this? I can't seem to turn off the toggle.. it keeps coming back. I want to drop it recording 

I'm getting the exact same issue. Sleep sensing on: no morning routineSleep sensing off: morning routine works perfectly. Hopefully someone looks into this.
