The Nest Community is now Google Home & Nest!
We have moved to a new home. Please visit the Google Home & Nest Community to connect with other users, ask questions, and explore the new space.
I cannot add a household user. Trying to add in Nest says I must add in
Home. Trying to add in Home says "Not allowed for this person" even
though I'm the admin of the account. I've exited both apps and
restarted, no joy.
Thanks for the response. I finally did find a search hit on the issue
causing my frustration. My family and personal email domain is a google
workspace account which apparently is not accommodated for google home
accounts. I'm told workspace accounts...
