Youtube tv on chrome cast with google tv freezes constanly

When I use my chromecast with Google tv to watch YouTube tv I experience constant freezing and buffering. When I use the tvs built in youtube tv app I have no issues whatsoever. Is this a known issue with chromecast with Google tv?Both are connected ...
