Have been through all the items below the H71 message and have repeatedly tried to get to settings without success.Where on the thermostat would I connect with wires to the heat link? It is not obvious from looking at the thermostat.

Still doesn’t explain why we could connect before but not now. Also what is the fix for getting into the settings menu with the thermostat reverting to the error display before being able to do anything?
