I spent about four hours on chat with Google about this, got passed
around to seven different "specialists" and got told to contact the TV
manufacturer (the TVs are Google TVs and cameras are Google Nest

I am having the same issues. I don't know about firmware version when
viewing from the Google TV, but no error message is displayed. When this
issue started, we made sure the TVs were updated and reset them, as well
as restarted them.
