Hi Jake, After completing a hard reset on the device, I plugged the
device in and an update screen popped up. After the update, I was able
to successfully re-add the device to my home. No assistance is needed at

Same, although I was able to complete a factory reset but it just keeps
stating the device can't connect to the network anymore. All my other
devices seem to be able to connect. Just not this one. This with the
group audio issue is quickly swaying me...
