Just spent my whole morning with support. Resulted in them ending the chat as I complained and suggesting I buy a new one as it was 6 months out of warranty. They had me rewiring, turning breakers off etc. A $300 thermostat should last more than 2.5h...

In Michigan too and having this same problem. Of course when it’s 12 degrees in the middle of the night on a weekend this thing goes out.
