We have moved to a new home. Please visit the Google Home & Nest Community to connect with other users, ask questions, and explore the new space.
I finally sorted this out buy creating a new home in the Google Home app
and linking the thermostat to the new home. Not ideal but I don't have
time to sort it any further.
Same issue. 1.5 hours in and still it won't connect to wifi. 6 other
nest devices connected fine. Thermostat just won't connect. Tried
resetting, rebooting everything. Tried both networks etc.... Just won't
connect.
