Ended up getting another product and using my WiFi points as smart
speaker. I'm not sure if they stopped caring about customers or if they
deliberately reduced the range of their WiFi mesh to sell more WiFi
points, regardless their silence is deafeni...
But be warned - Factory reset is not going to help. The mesh connections
are broken after the latest update. The sooner Google will acknowledge
and fix that rather than sending us on wild goose chase about connected
cables, the better it will be for ...

I was able to get my WiFi point to the latest version by keeping that
point plugged in right next to the router for a couple of days.
Unfortunately though, all the devices being on latest version didn't
really fix the problem. Looks like this update ...
