Personally I've given up on Google fixing this mess and have been slowly
transitioning over to Sonos. In general I've been a big Google fan:

them individually from the Google home app but I can't pair them to play

I've had the same transition from trying to be helpful and constantly
resetting everything, to unresponsive when I've asked for replacements.

Thanks for that input. I have Google Mesh and was thinking about
trashing it to get a single WIFI router to see if that fixed my problem,
but doesn't sound like it will. You're right, Google has really let
customers down on this one.
