Shame, isn't it. When pretty justified cynicism notices we're being
(cynically) used as cash cows...By flibbertigibbets. Time to start
learning Pi type stuff, because Alexa no better/concerned about
customers.
Same issue here. Maddening. The 'Recommended answer' is not an answer.
So many reports here plainly impy a wider issue and quite enough
evidence for techs to look into without encouraging individual customers
to enter a pointless process.
