I've had the same issue with my Google Floodlight. I need a mounting bracket and they said look at 3rd party vendors. No help whatsoever. This is a major downside of purchasing the Google Nest family of products, no spare parts can be purchased.

Yes it will come back online. I bought one last year and went through a winter with it. When the temp dropped it went offline and it came back everytime. Depending on the temp you will just have to be patient, unfortunately.

I'm having the same issue, the camera is useless if the mounting bracket gets damaged or lost. I can't find a replacement. How does Google not make replacement parts so we can continue using their product?
