OK, well that's seriously weird. Thanks for putting up with the thread. I ordered the nest power adapter thing. Doesn't make me feel good leaving the house for a week if the thermostat isn't being reliable though.

My point being that I never had a c wire. For over a year. And NOW it's suddenly complaining that I dont have one. Nothing has changed. A factory reset got rid of the n262 but it's still complaining I do t have the c wire. Like I said it worked flawl...

I understand what the c wire is and what it does, what I'm asking is what was changed that all of a sudden after more than a year of proper operation it's suddenly complaining that I don't have one.

No there isn't. You're looking for the tempurture delta. It's not adjustable. Pretty annoying, the more expensive things get, the more options they take away.
