Help with Nest Thermostat Wiring

Hello I'm trying to install my new Nest and the wiring doesn't seem to match up. This is my old unit wiring. I've matched the coloring but it doesn't seem to work. I get heat instead of cold air when it starts up. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for help. I ended hiring a technician as the wiring was still wrong. It works fine now.
