My unit was bought just over a year ago so might be outside warranty. Very disappointed

Hi,I am having the same issue of having a unresponsive black screen on my nest home max hub 2nd Gen bought a little over a year ago. Tried rebooting , plugging and unplugging nothing seems to work , however microphone and google assistant works
