Chromecast with GoogleTV - Green lines on screen

I have 2 devices and 1 started to get green lines on the TV screen when trying to watch on any app through GoogleTV. The TV is a smarttv so I can still use some of the Apps on the actual tv, but I can't anything with the chromecast without the green ...
