Hi Jeff,Thanks for checking in. Unfortunately I ended up having to get another router that has 2.4 and 5 separate and just set it to 2.4. According the NordicTrack tech support it is supposed to support 5GHz with no problems, but they can’t figure ou...

Thank you for the response! I was afraid of that. It shows as connected to 5GHz right now so it must be dual-band compatible. I’ll have to call NordicTrack’s customer service again. Thank you again 
