Brad, I have tried to reach out to Google to resolve this issue. It’s
not an internet issue or a battery issue. I’ve tried all the
troubleshooting that’s on nests website. It all started exactly when we
updated our subscription.
We are having this problem on the nest cameras. We have always had the
15 seconds back or forwards so that’s not new for us. In order for us to
view it we have to go back prior to the event to view it and even then
it’s not recording correctly
We had the old plan and that never happened. We went to add an
additional camera and was instructed to update to their latest plan
which we did and that is when our cameras started doing the "event not
