Chromecast only producing Stereo PCM sound

I have the Chromecast sound settings set to Manual and Dolby Digital, but only stereo pcm sounds comes out of my Sonos Arc soundbar. Other streaming devices like the TiVo 4K produce Dolby sound just fine when using the same HDMI ports on my Sony Brav...
