I’m having the same issue. Obviously we need help. stop replying asking if we still need help. Itypical Google avoiding doing anything and thinking we’re dumb enough to think they have good customer service because they send these annoying follow up ...

Still unresolved. Google has finally acknowledged that they need to fix but still haven’t. Seriously ridiculous.
