I have attempted to fill out the form you shared a link for 3 times,
each time I complete the fields and hit submit there is a message:

I'm having the same issue, it is a newer outdoor battery cam but
connected to power so to use all the options. It will record and alert
per settings but live feed stopped working about 2 days ago. super
frustrating.
I have 3 mini's, all three provide the response of "voice actions are
not available for hat app" yes I've confirmed the SiriusXM app is
linked, I've unlinked and relinked a number of times
the issue in that thread did resolve, all though occasionally the
assistant will stop talking mid-sentence and I have to ask her to repeat
it. Currently my issue is that SiriusXM won't work. I've deleted and
reconnected it multiple times and got told...
