Resolved! Can’t configure my doorbell in Nest app

My doorbell is set in Google Home and I can see the stream, everything works just fine.But when I want to configure it in Nest by adding a product I’m stuck at the stage where it ask for the serial number and can’t enter anything.

Thermostat display don't wake up when using app

Thermostat display don't wake up when using app everything works but when I turn the dial on the app the dial on the thermostat don't move the screen stays blank but if I touch the thermostat it shows its turned on ...is the nest faulty?
