テレビリモコンの連動に関して

Google HOMEアプリを使用しています。

リモコン自体は「家電リモコン」というアプリを使用しております。

テレビのリモコンを連動して、「OK Google」でテレビの8チャンネルと10チャンネルだけがうまく連動しません。ほかのチャンネルは連動できております。

解決策を教えてください

• When did the trouble first occur? 

• Have you taken some troubleshooting steps?

• Could you verify if you have restrictions with these channels? 

• What voice commands do you use?

In the meantime, try to perform these tips:

• Try to uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app.

• Reboot your cellphone device.
