2accounts only 1 shows in app

I must have 2 accounts the only 1 that shows in app is my boyfriends in CA I installed nest in GA home also but it doesn’t shop in app and know I setup when installed??

I’m in nest app not google home?and thermostat acts like it only has heat or fan and have ac too I checked system settings and shows ac connected but doesn’t have cooling setting in app?
