A sensibo device that's linked to the google home, works great on the app but not via voice command.

Changed my wifi network, had to install from scratch all devices (I'm sure there's a faster way) and now came across two issues:

1. Sensibo linked but not working via voice command. When I command "AC ON" it reply "sorry, it looks like that device hasn't been set up yet. You can fix it in assistant setting". Nothing wrong there, the device is linked.
2. Trying to sync "Smart things" unsuccessfully. When I go to home control -》 choose the app -》i get an error "Sorry, no devices were found in your smart things app". On smart things everything works great.
Thank you

Hey there Irit,

I'm real sorry about my late response, are you still experiencing this Sensibo issue? If you are, I would check out this article by Sensibo for Google Home, as that may point out an issue with the connection process. There are other articles located on that website that may help you track down the issue.

Let me know if you had any more questions or concerns, I'm always happy to help!

Best regards,

Jeran
