AC cloud heat pump

 Hi with the upgrade to the heat pump service. How do you turn the heat pump off and on? I see the we have capability to turn temperature up and down. We have lost the ability to turn off the heat pump

Hey sorry for late reply

For Android the interface has changed back to the original and works ok.

For iphone the interface is still using the old interface and doesn't work.

Thanks for letting us know what you're seeing Hans2.

With your version of the iOS app, have you been able to verify that it's on the latest version? Can you check the App Store to see if you're running the most updated release?
