How to refresh the App network status?

My devices are online. The thermostats itself says it is online. The NestApp (iPhone or web) says its offline but also says the info is "about 2 hrs old". How do I force the app to update the status?

Too slow routine

It is too slow to set the routine start conditions when the instrument is running. When the bathroom light is on, the music is set to play in the home mini, but the music comes out 10 to 15 seconds after the light is on. What's wrong with me?

مشكله في حساب جوجل

الحساب عليه رقم هاتفي القديم ولا يوجد طريقه لاستعاده هذا الرقم ع اي حال اضفت رقم جديد لي ف الحساب وتم تنشيطه وكل شئ جيد ولكن لماذا عند اي خيار اريد فعله ف حسابي يريد ارسال رقم تحقق الي رقم هاتفي القديم وليس الجديد مع العلم اني حذفته؟
