The font size in the Nest app is to small and to low weight for emergencies

When using the Nest App to (for example) silence a false alarm you want to be able to see at a glance what the app says and the fonts are way too small and to light to do this.  They should are larger and much bolder so there can be no doubt even for those of us with less than great vision.

This is true throughout the app (like seeing up schedules which I find very hard to read) but its critical for alarm issues.  It's amazing that this UI has remained so bad for so long.

My pleasure Jake.  Here's another one: full support Split View.  I'd like to have both HomeKit and Nest running on an iPad wall mounted in my home, but Nest doesn't fully work with Split View.

Hey there,

I wanted to ensure that everything was covered here.

Thanks for the help here, Jake.

@jrg167, I'll bet other users would love to have this feature within the Nest app, where you can control two apps on the same screen. However, the Nest app only works with a full-size screen in order for you to maximize control over your Nest devices. We're really working to bring more features to the Nest app or the Google Home app to make it work flawlessly, so thank you for your insight, jrg167!

Please let our product team know about it by sending feedback, and let us know if you have other questions. Otherwise, we'll close this thread in 24 hours.

Regards,

Mark
