Adding Home connect (Bosch) devices

I would like to add Home Connect device (Bosch washer) to Home app. When I go to: + (Add devices) - Link apps or services - I can find Home connect. As Home connect app is installed on same mobile, link is established without entering Home connect username and pwd and notification that link is established appears in google Home app. Google home app and Home Connect app both show that link exists.

However, Home Connect doesn't appear in section with linked apps (where I already have some apps from other partners with existing link) ? So I can't see or add devices from Home Connect app.

What to do ? Any suggestion ?

I can only repeat the whole process, without success. i have tried unlinking/linking again, restarts of device and similar, no help.....

I understand that you've successfully linked the Home Connect service within the Google Home app—and both apps confirm the link—but the Home Connect service doesn't appear in your list of 'Linked Apps. To isolate the issue that is causing this, I'd like to know the following:

• Did you try selecting the option "works with google" in the Google Home app instead?
• Is your Bosch washer working properly on the Home Connect app?
