Hey all,
I have two email accounts, A and B, both of which I need connected to a Google Home which has some thermostat equipment and a Yale Smart lock which supposedly works with Nest and Google Home.
Email A works great. I have access to the Google Home, as well as the Nest app, where I can manage the lock codes and such. It used to be used before the connection of google home to nest, but it has been migrated.
Email B is a new email and was added as a family member successfully to GH. I can log into Nest and it gives me the option to connect to the existing home, but the "onboarding" flow after that is not successful and it doesn't connect the account to the existing "home", or any home at all.
Its obviously a bug, and when i spoke to support on the phone i was told 4 different things by different people, and that I 'didn't understand how the app was supposed to work'. It is a real shame that Google bought Nest and then stopped any QA or product support.
Will someone help me please connect this account to the existing 'home' in the Nest app?

Is "Email B" also a gmail account? Google Nest does not work well with G-Suite Accounts.
You could also try deleting and reinstalling the Google Nest app on the device that is trying to sign on with "Email B".

email B is also a Gmail account, not a g-suite account. I have done the reinstall of the Nest app and the behavior still remains that I cannot connect to the existing "Home"
